"There are too many actors but no one to act" says El Osas. Acting can be a tricky career. A lot of persons never hit the big mark. This is largely because many actors are professionals only in their own mind.  If you do a million Alaba movies and not a single big screen movie, you are only an actor in your mind. Only the best make the big screens. What defines a good actor is professionalism. The technical know-how of what his role is to the director as a creative contributor. His ability to perfect voice tones, orotund, oral, guttural, aspirate, the total synthesizing of these vocal vocabulary.  Every time you take a keen look at the crowd of actors barraging audition grounds, it becomes easy to see a deep lack in ability to interpret character.  Actors who express anger and surprise with the same frown.
